Charming place with fairly quiet and impeccable rooms. Great area, very central location short walk to all the markets as well as halong bay on Viola cruise which had great food. Plus, not too far from Press Club Hanoi. Fantastic stay, as always.

Its location is excellent and perfect - right at Hanoi city center. The staff who worked hard to try and cover our every request. Thank you very much for the stay this time - will come back.

The hotel was placed in the very central location to pass almost the tourist area. Plus, it was close enough to the lake and main attractions and Hanoi Old Quarter central.

Little hotel with amazingly great staff, close to coffee house and eateries. Great location, around 4-6 minutes away by foot from Bat Dan Street.

The breakfast was good and the best, there was variety of food to chose from. It was in a marvellous location with Hoan Kiem Lake nearby...

A very good way to end my trip. Abundant continental breakfast with cakes, fresh juices plus wide spread of food including different kinds of local dishes. A large closet, complimentary Wi-Fi, and soundproof windows in the room and the large bed. Generally good service with parking by the hotel. Not to mention free wifi! 19 miles away from Noi Bai International airport.

I greatly enjoyed being there, the place is reasonably priced and exceptional.

The restaurant was particularly good with great Pho & breakfast here, I had delicious dishes. I had very big bed, a balcony and soundproof windows.

I had a comfy bed and large bathroom, top quality room. The hotel had a very central location and it was a few steps away from a lively market.

Amazing location, neat and compact rooms with a balcony, a 4-piece bathroom, a window or balcony. Early check-in and late check-out, parking by the hotel. Everything perfect. Location really close to sights in walking distance like Den Ngoc Son temple as well as the famous lake in the Old Quarter. For tea or coffee visit Zulu Cafe nearby.

All is superb, I had a nice trip. It's nestled in a very very good building with magnificent location in the center of Hanoi.
